terms of service
･I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
･I maintain all rights to my works unless otherwise discussed with the client.
Process and payment
･Payment is sent exclusively via Paypal invoice and must be paid in full before I start your commission. Partial payment can be discussed. Prices are in USD.
･The time it takes to finish your commission may range from a couple days to 2-3 weeks. Note that there is no physical product.
･I'll typically send you a sketch and allow you to make changes as you see fit. This is free of charge. If the commission is a bit more complex, I'll send you 2-3 thumbnail sketches to nail down the composition before sending you a final sketch to make changes to. This is also free of charge.
･Past the sketch phase, further revisions are only accepted at the current drawing phase (no sketch revisions after lining starts, etc.)
usage policy
･The buyer is allowed to use the commissioned work for personal use, as long as you credit me.
･The buyer is not allowed to alter my artwork without my consent, make money off my work (unless discussed with the client), or claim the artwork is their own.

Refund policy
･If anything were to happen that prevents me from completing your commission, you'll receive a full refund.
･If the buyer wishes to cancel the commission after the work has started, the buyer can be issued a refund but agrees to pay the kill fee.
･The kill fee for canceling the commission after work has begun is 50% of the commission's price. The client then receives the work as is.

Additional Fees:
･$5 added to base price for each extra character added.
･$10 added to base price if a detailed background is requested.
･$15 added to base price if shading is requested on a sketch or lineart commission.
commercial use
･Commercial use of my art must be discussed with me beforehand and a one time fee of double the total commission price will be added.
